INSCRIPTION
Pipe your metallic inscription straight onto your cake with Royal Magic. You can use a piping tube as small as a no.000 upwards. Royal Magic will stay raised like royal icing when dry, but not painting is required as the gel is already metallic.
PIPING ON WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
You can use metallic Royal Magic to pipe intricate patterns onto white chocolate ganache. This gel will not bleed onto the ganache & will still set. No painting is required as the gel is already metallic, which saves decorators time.
EMBROIDERY
With Royal Magic you can pipe your embroidery pattern straight onto your fondant. This can be on the top of the cake or on the side. The piping will not slide down the side of your cake & when dry will stay raised like royal icing. No painting is required as the gel is already metallic.
OVER PIPING
You can use metallic Royal Magic to over pipe the outside edge of cakes & cookies to outline the overall shape. This will set hard & stay raised once dry. No painting is required as the gel is already metallic.
BEADED EDGE
Royal Magic can be piped directly between the cake & board or around the top edge of the cake to create a beaded edge. When dry this pipe work will hold its shape. No painting is required as the gel is already metallic.
PIPING ON DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE
You can use metallic Royal Magic to pipe intricate patterns onto dark chocolate ganache. You can drop pipe or inscribe onto the ganache. This will set hard & stay raised on the ganache.
BRUSH EMBROIDERY
Royal Magic can be used to create brush embroidery onto fondant, ganache, royal icing or glace icing. This technique can now be achieved in 1 application as the Royal Magic is already metallic, saving time.
PIPING ONTO CHOCOLATE
Royal Magic works well on chocolate, either white, milk or dark. It also works well on candy melts for cake pops. Pipe your decorations directly onto your chocolate surface to achieve a metallic result.
FILIGREE PIECES
Making filigree pieces both large & small is now quicker as no painting is required to make them metallic. Royal Magic is not the same as Original Magic as it is not flexible at any stage. It works the same way as royal icing.
PIPED LACE PIECES
With Royal Magic we can bring traditional & modern cake decorating together. Now you can create metallic lace pieces to attach to the side of your cake. These can be pipped & left to dry, then attached to the cake with Royal Magic.
PIPING ON FONDANT
Royal Magic will not bleed onto fondant when piping. Intricate patterns can be achieved as no painting is required once the Royal Magic has set. This gel was invented to be a metallic Royal Icing, used in the same way that traditional royal icing is.
NO.000 PIPING
Royal Magic is capable of being piped through a no.000 Ice Master piping tube (Old Brass Ones). This is done with ease on top or around the side of the cake. Drop piping as well as inscribing is also possible with Royal Magic.
